This is a position for an experienced Solution Architect, preferably working already in the M-Commerce domain. As a Solution Architect, you will have frequent customer interaction and will be responsible for managing customer requirements and proposing, based on evaluation, competitive solution alternatives.

You are part of the Region’s Engagement Practices and work closely with Customer Unit teams from pre-sales through the implementation and conclusion stages. Job Description:
• Analyze customer requirements and propose technical and competitive solutions.

Requirements:
• University degree in Engineering, ICT or equivalent

• Strong track record in engaging with customers and participation in external forums and events.
• Deep experiences of driving analysis of how requirements can be implemented from a technical perspective based on strong business understanding.
• Significant experience from implementation of M-Commerce and SI projects.
• Strong M-Commerce market knowledge and extensive experience to translate value propositions that should be communicated to the market and secure winning propositions.

• Provides Quality Assurance for ongoing construction projects
• Reviews contractor submittals from electrical engineering perspective.
• Prepares responses to RFI questions related to electrical engineering
• Evaluates proposed submittal substitutions with electrical engineering implications
• Coordinates development of Independent Government Estimates for modifications and change orders
• Reviews and evaluated design calculations and data from electrical engineering perspective
• Prepares monthly progress report summarizing project status, with emphasis on electrical engineering

Job Requirements:
This position requires the following:
• 10 years of engineering experience
• Bachelor’s degree in an engineering discipline
• Current Top Secret Clearance or clearable to the TS level

In line with the recommendation of the white paper of the report of the committee to review policy and structure of Government as it affects the selection of Education Secretaries in Kaduna State, the Management of the Kaduna State Universal Basic Education Board (KDSUBEB), wishes to invite application from suitably qualified candidates for the vacant position of Education Secretary of Zaria Local Government Education Authority (LGEA).

Qualification and Experience:-
Candidates Must possess the following:
• A degree in Education from any accredited, reputable University,
• Accrued teaching experience preferably in a Primary School for at least ten (10) years;
• Working experience with civil society as well as within government,
• Sound in Sector Planning, Human Resources Management and Organizational Development
• Be a serving officer not below the rank of GL 14;
• Be computer literate;
• Be a registered member of Teachers Registration Council of Nigeria (TRCN), and
• Be an indigene of the Local Government Area He/She is applying for.

Duties: The Education Secretary shall be responsible for the day – to- day administration of the affairs of the Authority.

He/ She shall:-
• Give quarterly reports to the Local Government Area Chairman and SUBEB on planned activities and administrative challenges related to Basic Education delivery. Ensure proper implementation of policy
• Ensure effective communication of information to schools
• Coordinate, initiate and collaborate with all stakeholders to develop Basic Education
• Participate regularly in meetings with SUBEB.

Condition of Service: As obtainable in the Kaduna State Civil Service, The appointment is for a period of five (5) years and shall be eligible for re-appointment for a further period of five years based on satisfactory performance
