Purpose Statement:
This role is responsible for ensuring the quality of the Merchant’s goods in and out of DealDey Warehouse.

Key Accountabilities: – To plan, manage and review quarterly the programme for all nominated Merchant product evaluations, analysing and reporting the results for the Merchants goods and inventory performance measures and making recommendations for improvements. – To manage the completion and documentation of all nominated Merchant’s’ product specifications working cohesively with the Operations & Sales Team. – To work closely with the Sales & Marketing teams to ensure Merchant’s adherence to defined product standards. – To carry out on the spot inspection of the Warehouse ensuring that Merchant goods are properly stored. – To manage the compliance of Merchants to DealDey’s specifications, standards, and procedure of operations in manner that ensures consistency of products offer. – To investigate, monitor and report all alleged tampered goods & products. Initiate immediate remedial actions, analysing and collating the findings for the Operations Manager & Security Coordinator. – To inspect Merchants goods going in and out of the Warehouse and ensure compliance to laid down policy and procedures. – Ensure compliance to Health and Safety procedures for employees and goods at the Warehouse.

Knowledge, Skills and Experience: – This position requires a University graduate or its equivalent with at least 3years experience in a similar position. Candidate must possess – Ability to multitask in a dynamic environment. A good understanding of Ware house operations and Health & Safety Certifications would give added advantage.

Purpose Statement:
Responsible for maintaining standards and moting the organizational culture across our pickup centres nationwide. Responsible for intaining excellent pickup centre environment, controls and facilities maintenance to promote positive image of the DealDey brand.

Responsibilities: – Create a process manual for all the pickup centres to ensure a standardised workflow process, look, custom greeting and cleanliness of all pickup centres – Ensure prompt delivery of items to all pickup locations daily by liaising with the logistics team. – Ensure all pickup centre equipments are operational and keep a maintenance schedule to ensure servicing is done as at when due. – Keep abreast of all sale and return policies and special promotions run by the organization from time to time – Maintain pickup centre database by ensuring all customer information are captured accurately – Keeps and maintains written and computerized records relating to customer pickups across all locations – Enhance the reputation of the organization by accepting ownership for accomplishing new and different requests; exploring opportunities to add value to job accomplishments. – Maintain a close work relationship with the Operations and Logistics team to ensure customer orders are processed accurately and in a timely manner. – Maintain an effective weekly/monthly quarterly roster to adequately staff the pickup centres – Conduct customer service satisfaction surveys from time to time to find out about the image of the organization – Supervise activities of the pickup centre team to ensure efficiency in responding to customers when orders are picked up. – Instructs team about safe work practices and enforce strict adherence – Trains, monitors, evaluates and improves the performance of subordinates – Perform other duties that may be assigned by the Unit Head
