WORLD NEWS: #NelsonMandelaDay Sepp Blatter Joins The World To Celebrate International Day Of Nelson Mandela

He was a hero whom generations are obliged to recognize and honour for his legacy and uniqueness!

The celebration of the first International Day of Nelson Mandela finally arrives today July 18, 2014 and the entire world has joined in the festivity including FIFA's president, Sepp Blatter.



The head of the football governing body took to Twitter today July 18 - same as Madiba's birthday - to write, "Madiba taught us many lessons. He said football should be a celebration of humaity. He lives on. #NelsonMandelaDay."



He isn't the only celebrity whose shown support and recognition to the United Nations Organization's choice or decision to allow the future generations honour the world's most famous leader.



From Google to Hollywood to Bollywood and Nollywood and the rest of the world, the harshtag #NelsonMandelaDay has been used through out the day since midnight and its expected to run through out the rest of the day globally.



Nelson Mandela remains one of the few World's Most Celebrated political leaders whose legacies sustains the sculpture of world's peace, democracy and humanity.



Madiba died on December 6 2013 in South Africa after battling with a lung infection for years.
