Skill set Qualification/ Skills Required i. Master’s degree, BSc or HND in Public Health or related field from an accredited University, polytechnic or health institution. ii. At least 3 years’ experience in MNCH/FP/RH program implementation with expertise in monitoring and evaluation. iii. Demonstrated ability to work effectively in political environments and establish effective relationships with government and NGO leaders and advocates. iv. Experience with planning and conducting meetings. v. Sound understanding of reproductive health and child survival health issues in Northern Nigeria. vi.
