Golden Toilet Tower, a 45-Minute "Boring" Speech and Sawing the Bar in Half!: Inside Kim Kardashian and Kanye West's Wedding (REPORT)

Instagram
It was said to be "normal" and "un-Hollywood." But it seems Kim Kardashian and Kanye West's wedding was anything but, if a new report is to be believed.

An anonymous guest at the famous couple's nuptials spilled the beans about what really happened on Saturday at the Forti di Belvedere - and it's exactly the type of Bride-and-Groomzilla behavior we would expect from the pair.

The 'Bound 2' rapper reportedly stunned guests with a lengthy 45-minute speech in which he spoke mainly about himself, according to the report.

And the traditional "first dance" is believed to have turned into five dances, leaving the couple's guests bored. The source told the New York Post's Page Six column that singer John Legend played a custom-built marble piano while Kimye insisted on dancing alone to five of his songs, with a light only on them. "It felt like it went on forever."

In order to keep the nuptials private, Kim and Kanye held their wedding on a grassy ridge at the top of the fort, so had to hire a crane to lift every item used for the celebrations up a staggering 70 metres to the summit.

Among the items which needed lifting was a 15 metre-high gold box, which contained the bathrooms. The source said, "Their toilet was the star of the show."

And before the wedding got underway, Kanye reportedly made a number of last-minute changes, including turning the bar at their reception venue into "art" by sawing it in half.

On Friday before they flew their guests from Paris to Italy for the ceremony, Kanye allegedly "screamed" at those around them as he "defaced" the bar with the saw, before insisting on having two pieces of raw wood nailed to the front. He then reportedly announced, "Now, it's art."

Earlier in the day, Yeezy is also said to have requested that 80 moving lights - which had taken four days to install and were designed to light the dance floor - be removed.

He allegedly said, "I'm in the center of this party, and I'm the only one people need to see. The rest of these people don't need lights on them."

The Page Six report contrasts with what another unnamed guest told E! News earlier this week about the wedding, saying, "The entire thing felt very normal. It was very un-Hollywood. It might appear like it was something over the top, but it was very much focused on the important things that matter most."

While jokes may have been made about the lavish ceremony, Kimye had the last laugh after the picture of their first kiss became the most liked image of all time on Instagram, with almost 2 million likes.
